Cignall expects a high level of professionalism from its franchisees in the way they present their stores and the way they conduct their business. For this reason, we will only accept stores into our franchise that we believe will help strengthen our brand.

Anyone looking to become a Cignall Franchisee must be able to meet the following criteria:

• Your outlet must be well presented both internally and externally, providing a professional image.
• The outlet must be clearly identifiable on approach as a ‘Specialist Tobacconist’, despite any other categories being on offer within the store. All categories ranged must be approved by Cignall and outlets must not represent as miscellaneous discount outlets, $2 stores, grocery stores, factory / manufacturing warehouse outlets, cafes, restaurants, stores with no physical store front or petrol outlets.
• You as a retailer, must be industry and business focussed. This means always looking for ways to improve your business, improve your or your staffs knowledge and capabilities, and providing input for the Franchise model and the industry.
